Havana
El Son de la Habana
Havana is where the Caribbean's cultural streams converged: Spanish colonialism, West African spiritual traditions, and the rhythms of son, rumba, and mambo. Its Baroque facades and crumbling grandeur contain a living Creole culture shaped by centuries of movement, mixture, and resilience.
